“We love the Colonial Beach area! This is our third vacation in the area and this house was fantastic. Great location with short walks to awesome restaurants and close to the water. The accommodations were very comfortable and the house was spotless. Marcie (owner) was very accommodating in changing our reservations at the last minute due a major snowstorm in mid-February, but we were easily able to shift our reservation to mid-March thanks to her flexibility and assistance. I specifically chose this rental for the amazing view, the ability to swim on the property, the kayaks and paddle boat, the queen sized bunk beds and the fact it was fully renovated.
