“Very clean and well stocked. Great deck. Easy drive down to Lake Anna State Park. If you have a boat, a great dock!”

“The house is a nice little place to stay, very quiet and away from noises. Easy to find. The goats were very cute to watch. Didnt get a chance to use the pool but looked like a nice place to cool off after exploring the area. Was about 20 min to downtown historic Fredericksburg but wasnt a bad drive. Only challenge i had was the shower is on the smaller side, a moveable showerhead would make it easier. ”

“Nice quaint house - clean and conveniently located. Hosts were very responsive. Only concern was upstairs rooms don’t cool well with A/C but fans were a huge help. Beds are comfy and everyone enjoyed their stay.”

“A lovely cottage for some true peace and quiet away from the city. The hosts were kind and thoughtful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower is built for someone short - so just beware if you are over 5’4” it’s going to require a lot of slouching! Overall, a truly peaceful stay. ”
