“Very clean and well stocked. Great deck. Easy drive down to Lake Anna State Park. If you have a boat, a great dock!”

“The house is a nice little place to stay, very quiet and away from noises. Easy to find. The goats were very cute to watch. Didnt get a chance to use the pool but looked like a nice place to cool off after exploring the area. Was about 20 min to downtown historic Fredericksburg but wasnt a bad drive. Only challenge i had was the shower is on the smaller side, a moveable showerhead would make it easier. ”

“Kiley is very accommodating. The location was perfect. I could get to town and to the horse show, opposite directions, easily. Great little downtown area with a terrific restaurant called "It's About Thyme." ”

“Was a little bumpy getting into the rental but wires got crossed so no one’s fault. The owner was very nice and a big help getting me in! The back yard is huge and the short hiking trail was great. My dog also became friends with a frog that showed up in the front yard everyday. Ha ”

“It was our first time to Lake Anna! Found this lovely place with amazing reviews. The place was bright, clean, and welcoming. The owners were very responsive when we had a couple of questions. The location on the lake was beautiful! Highly recommend Eagle’s Nest. Perfect for two adults who just wanted to relax and get away from the busyness of the DC suburbs for a few days. ”

“What a beautiful find this was! A cute little cottage in the woods next to a working farm was truly an amazing experience. The cottage is a two bedroom with one and half bath, full operating kitchen with a working stove, microwave, and a Keurig for coffee, tea and/or hot cocoa. This breath taking cottage even had a screened in porch to watch the sunrise and horses in the neighboring pen. Literally nothing can be knocked being there. It truly was a peaceful home that was beyond relaxing and……

It is a 30 minute drive from Charlottesville but we enjoyed the drive since you have a beautiful country view when driving around. Also it is located near many vineyards which is great. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was quite disappointing, primarily due to the cleanliness of the unit. Upon arrival, I found the glass door to be filthy, the sofa was visibly soiled and the bedspreads were in unacceptable condition.
