“I hope this message finds you well, I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at Wilderness Presidential, a property I have visited multiple times over the years. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was quite disappointing, primarily due to the cleanliness of the unit. Upon arrival, I found the glass door to be filthy, the sofa was visibly soiled and the bedspreads were in unacceptable condition. Additionally the presence of ants in the unit was bothersome and detracted from the……
