“What a great place to stay for a short weekend getaway. The house is right by the shore of Lake Anna. The views are amazing and there is even a dock for water access. The house is charming, clean, and well provisioned. We had a nice time and enjoyed our stay. Thank you.”

“Very spacious and well stocked kitchen for large groups. The property location was beautiful with lake access and plenty of spaces for the family to gather. The kids loved catching fish off the dock. We had to spend a lot of our first few hours there sweeping leaves and spider webs before we were able to use the outdoor spaces. There were a lot of chairs and things around the dock that were in disrepair, but after that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ”

“Great location and experience. The stairs are a bit steeper than we imagined, so may be difficult for those with mobility issues. but they were not a problem for our family and allowed for a spectacular view of the water!”

“We loved our stay and plan on returning in the future for a longer stay so we can experience more. It was about the same cost as a hotel stay, but with more of a home feel and a lot more room. I also enjoyed the view of the lake from our front porch. If I could suggeat one little change, maybe open the gym a little earlier than 9am, but that's all.”

“This property fit all our needs. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bed was comfortable, and cottage was cozy. There is a restaurant a couple miles away as well as a grocery store. We were there to fish, so the proximity of the boat ramp to the cottage was perfect. We have already booked this property for our Spring trip.”

“We had a great time being able to visit family who live in the area. The cabin was 20 minutes from my brother and his family and 20 minutes to my nephews house. We loved the fact that it seemed like we were in the country and not in town. The yard and the fire pit was a huge hit with us. The Tulip Festival was amazing. Thank you again. ”

“It was a very nice place, few things, still show hot tube but hasn't worked in years. It is on septic and well so had to worry about water. But overall is was a great stay.”

“Property was a little dated but well kept in a great location and neighborhood. Convenient to Quantico, Spotsylvania and Fredricksburg. Management was responsive to messages. Enjoyed the Kayaks and would definitely recommend this property and rent again. ”

The neighborhood is quiet and wooded, and the house is clean and spacious, with an abundance of helpful information from the owner. Highly recommend if staying in the area! ”
