“A very nice get away. Simple, clean, and quiet. Although I stayed alone, it was nice to see card and board games, books and a fun scavenger hunt around the property! I sure would bring the family next time! Lots to do close by or day trips :)”

“Spaceous, modern home on 12 acres of clean woods. Perfect for large groups or weekend events. Large, open plan on the main floor and accommodating bedrooms on the second floor. Outdoor amenities like walking trails, a fire pit, a dining area, and beautiful views. Outstanding property, only 10 minutes to Culpeper and 20 minutes from Warrenton.”

“Very charming home. Lots of land and privacy to enjoy the outdoors. Even with the snow and ice, we did not have any issues driving up to the house. The ponds were frozen when we were there so we could not fish, but we really enjoyed target shooting and walking through the snowy trails. We saw lots of deer and animal trails:) The owner was very responsive if we had any questions. Stores were close if you need anything. Our family had 3 adults a teenager and a pre-teen. Everyone enjoyed……
