This is the first place I've stayed that truly surpassed the pictures and the responsiveness of the management was lightning fast regardless of the nature of the inquiry. There was a small hiccup with one of the showers but they were right on it - those things are going to happen in any rental - it's how the management responds and these guys are A. “We had a great time at Gold Cove! The house had everything we needed, including gas on site! Kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, tools, gadgets and small appliances - even had a Ninja blender! The water was quite warm - spa like - on the private side, public side was a bit nicer temp. The only downside was a boat rental and not being able to have it at the dock at the house, but we made do and kept it at the marina which was 5 min away. “We had the most amazing stay. Bobby is extremely friendly and helpful. The house was very clean and the kitchen had all items we needed to make the best holiday meals! Enough space for 12 plus adults to spread out for a week! The view was beautiful, especially the group of doe that greeted us with our morning coffee! Saving our day- Bobby went way above and beyond after we mistakenly trashed some very important items. You just don’t come across customer service like his anymore! ”
