“We had an absolutely lovely weekend. The house is brand new and everything was as described. We would appreciate the addition of more coffee, mugs and wine glasses. But overall the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and other items, and the common areas and bathrooms are stunning! The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and we really enjoyed our time there!”

“I stayed at the Blue Heron with my 2 kids (2 and 10) and my large dog. The fenced in large yard was absolutely wonderful to have everyone outside when at the house. I loved the lot - so much space on 3 of the sides without being right on top of another house! The bay view off the side of the house really topped it off! The house was incredibly clean inside. As an unexpected surprise, there’s an auto ice maker in the freezer, saving me from having to make a trip to a store with the kids for……

“This property was in great condition! The main living space is roomy with plenty of comfortable furniture. The back wall was nothing but sliding glass doors with a beautiful view of the Wicomico river.”

“This is a beautiful home. This is Our second stay this year in this wonderful cottage. We love the water view from the comfortable chairs on the beautiful front porch. Our Host was amazing. She left awesome treats for us and had a basket of toys out for our four year old niece. This home is so clean and is so close to things to do. We love it and we look forward to staying at this cottage again. ”

“The house is a nice little place to stay, very quiet and away from noises. Easy to find. The goats were very cute to watch. Didnt get a chance to use the pool but looked like a nice place to cool off after exploring the area. Was about 20 min to downtown historic Fredericksburg but wasnt a bad drive. Only challenge i had was the shower is on the smaller side, a moveable showerhead would make it easier. ”
