“Room was clean ac didn’t work super well and you could tell the room used to be a smoking room over good experience tho ”

“The hotel was very clean and staff was friendly and polite even maid was polite and did excellent job with making sure hotel was cleaned orderly. Only issue I had was for a room that had two guest in one room they only had one desk chair that rolled and any time you moved in it even a little it creaked and made nose that disnget annoying after while and eventually one of just sat on bed with back against wall and other one sat on floor back against bed. Room nees either a comfortable chair……

“Clean Friendly”

“We were a little surprised to find there wasn’t an elevator, but we don’t mind the extra steps—exercise is always a plus! However, I did want to share some honest feedback about our check-in experience. When we arrived, the front desk staff member, Nicole, came across as a bit short with us. Later, when our daughter went down to request two extra pillows, she was met with a dismissive response: “Did you not find them?” There were only two pillows in the room, and we simply needed a couple more……
