“It was a very luxery and nice complex. The Hotel have luxe rooms, all the things works, luxe ligthing system etc. Also to have a balcony is nice. Every day the rooms are cleaned and the water and coffee cups are filled. I would really recommend this Hotel to others!”

“Trouble connecting with staff - heating/air not working, kitchen sink leaking. Emails/texts on Expedia and WhatsApp not returned. Beautiful room though and premises - modern with all you need - breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of variety. Was there off season just as the area is readying for Spring. Will conclude that the communication issues were due to the early season timing. ”

“Wir hatten eine Junior-Suite mit eigenem Whirpool und seitlichem Meerblickbalkon. Die Zimmer sind toll aufgeteilt, geräumige Glasdusche, Toilette separat, großer Balkon mit zwei super bequemen Liegesäcken, einziger Wermutstropfen: das Bett. Leider knarzte es bei jeder Bewegung, die Matratzen steinhart und durchgelegen, die müssten dringend getauscht werden. Der Whirpool ist für zwei Personen ausgelegt und richtig super. Darin zu liegen und aufs Meer oder den schönen Innenhof zu schauen ist……

“Hôtel très bien. Tout service sur place. Très jolis extérieurs. Très propre. Seul bémol c’est qu’à notre étage il y a eu beaucoup de bruit la première nuit des gens qui n’ont pas respectés. Une porte donnant sur l’extérieur était cassé. Et du coup il y a beaucoup de vent qui s’infiltrait dans le couloir.”

“We paid a pretty reasonable price for this beaitiful hotel. Facilities are new and clean. The spa is small but very nice , they only take 6 people per time. The hotel is not in the seafront as I thought but it has its own sun loungers/bar services at the rethymno beach which is one small block away. We had half board booking and the breakfast buffet was very good with great variety of food. Dinner buffet was okay, not the best food we've had in hotel buffets but also not terrible. “Really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel and room was immaculate condition. Shame the pool was a bit too cold at end of October but made use of the warm indoor pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast had a great choice and staff could not have been more friendly. Highly recommend. Only downfall was our room was supposed to be full sea view but more like partial sea view from first floor as part of hotel building blocked the majority of the sea view from our balcony.”

“Es war ein sehr netter Empfang. Modernes Hotel. Zimmer war nicht so richtig für drei ausgelegt, daher nur zwei Stühle auf dem Balkon, nur Schlafsofa für unsere Tochter, zwei Handtuchplätze am Waschbecken und neben der Dusche. Draußen ein kleiner Wäschetrockner, ansonsten keine weiteren Haken oder Stangen im Bad, wo man Strandtücher oder Pooltücher hätte trocknen können. Buffet gut, Abendessen auch ohne Halbpension problemlos nutzbar für guten Preis. Übelst kalter Innenpool. Draußen haben wir……
