“I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience at the Colonial! The motel room was very clean, updated, and comfortable. The outside of the motel was well-lit, so I felt safe coming and going at night. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I've been coming to Perth every August for 30 years, but this is my first time staying at one of the motels in town. I'm happy to say it was a great experience and I'll be recommending the Colonial to my family as well :)”

“Very friendly easy check in especially because we checked in very late as didn’t have time before our event. Very nice little motel for Perth and reasonably priced would definitely recommend. They have also did some renovations and it shows. ”
