“I loved how clean the hotel was; it was excellent. There was a wonderful smell when we entered the lobby, the hallways, and especially the room. In terms of cleanliness, this was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. My only concern was the breakfast. I felt they needed more staff, as only one person was managing the area. This resulted in supplies like coffee, oatmeal packages, eggs, and bagels running out, and we had to wait for them to be replenished. However, the staff was very nice and……

“Staff at the front desk were super courteous ans took time to explain whwre to find our room ans where to park as well as the hours of the complimentary breakfast bar. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean and had a firidge for our use. Bathroom clean and had a bah and shower . Towels clean and soft. Hairdryer available as was soap and shampoo. Overall we were very happy with our quiet accomodations while overnighting on the way from Montreal to Toronto. ”

“I don't understand why it is rated as Star 2 hotel. The services is excellent; the staff are so helpful; and the environment is excellent. “We arrived to an open office with a keyless check in process. This is good . The key was clearly identified with my name and room number. The room was excellent except the mattress was on the firm side. Bathroom was clean and towels and bath mat readily accessible. Breakfast was fantastic with a well balanced choice of fruit , yogurt and brown bread. There were some home made muffins.”
