If you will be there for a specific event such as hosting a holiday, make sure to confirm that appliances are available that you might need beforehand. They will make sure you have them! The ‘movie themed’ decor was chinsy at best. The parking area is filled with garbage, broken cinder blocks, a tire, and a junked car. There weee old shoes on balcony. The ‘landscaping’ was filled with garbage and debris. The check-in rules and regulations are extensive (requiring expensive insurance or $5,000 cash……

The noise was horrible from a resident working on a vehicle and street noise was terrible .The stairways were narrow and steep . Air conditioning was ineffective . We left after 1 night .”
