“House is ideal for large groups. In addition to wonderful pool and hot tub there are several large seating areas where everyone can gather. In evening there ‘s an outdoor fireplace with seating for 10…pretty magical! House is at end of a quiet street and has very nice landscaping. Furnishings are chateau-like with many luxurious finishes. Walking trail to Hudson River available. “Great as usual”

“Great stay to be so close to the lake. Provided plenty of lake accessories so you would need to pack minimal equipment. The pictures are a little deceiving as you are on top of a steep hill with Route 39 (which is busy) between the house and dock. We brought our dogs who are well behaved and stay pretty close. I would be concerned if my dog did not have good recall or young children. However, being situated on top of the hill provides a nice view! ”

“The house was perfect for us. Location was good for us also. The house was clean and neat. It was priced right. There were a few little quirks. I’m sure all will be taken care of after I share them with the host. We were comfortable in the family room. Our beds were comfortable and the kitchen worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this house and stay again. One thing I do not recommend it for children. Adults only. ”

“The bluebird farmhouse was perfect for our trip. Our group had 4 adults and 3 young children. The house had more than enough room to accommodate everyone. The house was stocked with anything you could need, and the host even dropped off a pie and some coffee for our arrival. The yard was spacious, gas grill available for grilling and the fire pit area was great for an evening of Smores. The house was beautifully decorated inside and out. We’d highly recommend this house for a relaxing stay in……

“This house was perfect for us - and exactly as described in the VRBO description. It was really well-appointed, particularly the kitchen. But the little details were great - the products in the bathroom, etc. It just made for a very easy, enjoyable stay. Sabrina is also really responsive. There was a WiFi issue the night we arrived, outside of their control. She kept us posted as she heard from the provider and even gave us a small reimbursement for our inconvenience. “I spend the weekend with my mom, daughter and aunt. The house was very clean & comfortable. The host was very friendly and welcoming. He left us eggs, zucchini and samples of honey and syrup. Location was close to many activities. I would stay here again.”
