“We had a nice stay at this charming historic cottage while my daughter and her friend competed at the annual Millbrook Horse Trials over 4 days. The kitchen had everything needed plus they included some extras in the fridge such as filtered water, ice, coffee, etc. We loved to see the chickens running around too. We hope to return next year and book this same place once we have the dates!”

“What a beautiful space! It was very clean and the area quite remote. In the mornings, we saw deer and wild turkey. And so many birds! We didn’t hike any any trails, but there was a great guide available in the home that showed the property lines and gave info about the property! It was great for us and our kiddos. ”

“Property was clean and looked exactly as displayed in the photos. Dock for swimming and kayaking is of good size and good condition. Good variety of outdoor places to sit between screened porch and outdoor fire pit plus outdoor and indoor family games to play. Access was easy and everything worked as expected. “This cozy, beautifully decorated and organized cottage had everything I needed for my short term rental with my dog Sophie. It was spotless, probably one of the cleanest homes I’ve seen, and provided a comfortable stay with a well equipped kitchen, WiFi TV and AC. The cottage is close to other homes, but it’s a peaceful and quiet area. The few neighbors I encountered were very friendly. I would definitely return to this lovely home.”

“We had a quick stay to celebrate a family baby shower and the house was perfect for us. Perfectly clean and quiet, enough space to have other family over for snacks and hangout while we decided what to do. So clean and very comfortable. I may have missed this in the house instructions but note that there were no paper towels and 2 trash bags for our stay (BYO if you need them)”
