“House is spacious and supplies adequate. Just bring your own towels and linens as earlier advised by owner Water supply, hot and cold, is abundant for 12 people. Parking for 5 cars, no problem. Things that can easily be added to make the property more user friendly: 1) Grab bars in bath tubs to prevent accidents. We had two slips and had to grab the shower curtain and avoided a bad fall. 2) Electric fan in each room to address the warm nights of summer. Bought our own fans ar Port Perry……

“Loved this renovated farmhouse with 5 large bedrooms, 2 full baths and one half bath. Living room and kitchen were a great size and easy to fit our group of 7 plus family dropping in for a day visit. Beds were comfy with really nice pillows. Everything was nice and clean. Outdoor space looks like it will be great for the warmer months. ”

“Good size apartment, good parking, walkable, kitchen well equipped. Cleaning wasn't good but the owner sent a person right away to correct the situation, owner very responsive. Rooms have way to much furniture, you barely can move around, but the living room dinning and kitchen as a really good size.”

“We had such a great time at this house. It is perfect for large groups with spacious bedrooms and large beds and is exactly as advertised. The property is fantastic with lots of equipment provided on the tennis courts and beautiful pool area. Thank you Nancy, Hugh and Meggan!”

While the property was clean, it lacked several essential items that significantly affected my stay. Firstly, the kitchen was inadequately equipped. "Hi, I'm satisfied my stay and all your attitude. I can feel the staff very welcome us. I appreciate and highly recommended to stay. A male staff help me to register membership , I stays over 30 days Holiday inn in the pass few year in different country. No staff proactive help me register the membership. And the female staff asked me again when I check out. And she also asked me how to improve. Although the room is not perfect, and somethings need to improve. She really mark it down on the paper. Water pressure is not high enough. Shower Water is not warm enough. Door cannot lock automatically after you close the door. Lotion in washroom look like mixed with water. No matter it can improve or not. They try their best. The breakfast is good! Machine making pancake, fast, clean, fresh. And also my fast time to see cooked Quaker oatmeal. I like it. Much better than the instant one. Appreciated for all your effort. We are very happy to stay here and will come back again. "
