“Great location clean property we enjoyed our weekend”

“This property is the perfect downtown location, clean with an exceptional amount of space, beautiful decor and a variety of entertainment. Check in was easy and communication was excellent. The thoughtfulness put into this property made us feel that the owners truly cared about our stay. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!”

“Annie #3 was a perfect fit as a comfy home base to check out downtown Asheville--most of which was within walking distance. Lots of urban flavor right outside the front door; lots of coziness and super comfortable beds inside.”

“The unit was nicely decorated with plenty of towels in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable; however, the smaller room's bed had leaves in the sheets and dirt or mud on the rug. The information shared on the website stated two sets of steps, but didn't clearly describe that there were a lot of very steep steps with little lighting. It was a hard and treacherous climb down in the dark. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and it was close enough to ASU to be convenient, but I wouldn't recommend this……

“This was our first-time using Vrbo. Jason the host was extremely timely when booking & again helpful in navigating us to parking. Unfortunately this stay was just ok. First the good; the location is phenomenal & it’s nicely decorated! So things that needed attention are really down to cleaning. The window sills were layered with dirt or mold, hair on the floor board heaters. A vacuum to the floors would have sucked up random sunflower seed stuck in cracks. Kitchen sink had some random grounds,……

“This cottage is very spacious and suitable for a family of five. With a full kitchen and washer/dryer, we could stay longer.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. There was a play area for the kids, small pond that you can fish, and a small indoor area with puzzles/games. This place is great for an overnight or extended weekend. It is in a duplex, so if you want more of a private place this wouldn’t be it. Overall, it is clean, and we had a great experience.”

“Online description was accurate overall. It does state that the pictures may not depict your actual room but it was similar. We booked a studio which was more than adequate for my husband and I. Location was great, very close to downtown. We arrived in the evening so it was dark, a little confusing to navigate at first not being familiar with the area. Very cute little “village”.
