Parking in West Jefferson is no problem, so although it is a walkable distance to town, driving is a little more convenient. The owners were very welcoming and pleasant to talk to. I was so impressed with how beautifully the owners used the space over their garage to create a retreat that's perfect for 2 people. The hosts are friendly and responsive, too, and they've thought of many little things that make for a comfortable stay (like room darkening……

“We came for the weekend with our 2.5 year old to see Thomas the Train at Tweetsie. The stay was great!! It was a super quick drive to Tweetsie, and everything else we did was just a quick walk. We were able to walk to the playground nearby, as well as breakfast and dinner. The accommodations were extremely clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. I would stay again!”
