“This was a cute, cozy unit. There are stairs to get to the unit, and sometimes the outside is icy, but snow and ice might be the reason for your visit! The kitchen is remodeled, the sofa is comfy. There is a fireplace. Bonus- There's a washer and dryer.Wifi works! What else do you need?”

“The unit is very cute and nicely decorated. Has a very nice kitchen area, which we did not use during our one night stay. The location is excellent - one block walk to the heart of downtown Boone. We were able to easily walk to the Performing Arts center on campus for a concert. A/C is a window unit (not central air), but it felt cool enough for me. “I was looking for a peaceful woodsy retreat for my son and I while checking out Tweetsie, and this place did not disappoint! The space was clean and super cute. Even though rain prevented use of the firepit, it made for good salamander hunting near the creek out back. Will definitely be back!”

“Online description was accurate overall. It does state that the pictures may not depict your actual room but it was similar. We booked a studio which was more than adequate for my husband and I. Location was great, very close to downtown. We arrived in the evening so it was dark, a little confusing to navigate at first not being familiar with the area. Very cute little “village”. “My family (me, my wife, and my 1-year-old) made a weekend trip here. Location was very convenient, being so close to both Blowing Rock and Boone. The unit was updated and very clean. Plenty of room spread out for us three. Nice touches by the host throughout. The outside area wasn't the best for our 1-year-old due to the slope of the land, but not a big deal! Enjoyed our stay”
