“This property works well for us. It is conveniently located for our family that lives in Fort Collins. It is very well stocked and we were not lacking anything. Being able to bring our dog and have a secure fenced yard is the biggest benefit for us! The building is older, but it is quaint and we are very satisfied with our stay. This is our second visit here. We will be back!”

“I needed a place for my son and I to stay while we attended CSU’s graduation. We weren’t going to be at the house much so this looked perfect. But it was so much bigger and nicer than I expected. There was plenty of room and the decor was so cozy. Everything was very comfortable that I wished we could have hung out there more. It was easy to find and an easy drive to downtown and the university. Parking was convenient. All in all a great place and I would stay there again!”

“We were in town to take our dog to CSU veterinary hospital and this location was perfect and close to the veterinary hospital. Clean, well stocked, fenced yard, homey feel, very dog friendly, and a responsive owner. Two blocks from a park; great brewery nearby that allows dogs in the brewery (Maxline). We would not hesitate to stay here again. ”

“This property is in a great location, safe neighborhood and near to downtown Erie and our relatives on both Marlowe and Colliers Parkway.Fairly well stocked kitchen for its size. Very homey. Very clean. Good shower, but walk-in instead of tub would be better, more convenient.Mattress update would be good, especially queen size. My husband and I could not sleep on it without bumping into each other, and it squeaks when the occupant moves. Gas heater on the wall didn't seem to work and it was……
