“We had a wonderful weekend going to the Seneca wine trail event and hiking around the local area. We travel with our dogs often and the fenced in backyard was amazing. The house was well appointed with everything you need to enjoy a weekend on the wine trail. Close to both wineries as well as multiple state parks and national forest it was perfect for us. The beds weee comfortable and the house was clean and had everything we could want. ”

“everything was fine when the place was booked. one family member developed mobility issues (needs a crutch and has trouble with stairs)before our scheduled stay. it was too short notice to find an accessible place. turns out we didn't need an accessible place. staying on the main floor was like being in a one story home. everyone had a great weekend. I would stay there again”

“This was a great space to have a large group (12)- we had plenty of options for sleeping, and a large living room if people preferred sleeping bags over bed mates. The outdoor space was perfect for winding down after a day of meetings, with options for conversation (fire pit, hot tub) or some solo time (running, walking on roads). It was only about 20 mins from Cornell, which was great for our group.”

“Overall a very convenient rental location. So close to Watkins Glen since it was only 2 blocks away. Close to the grocery store (Tops), a yummy BBQ place (Nick's), and a great ice cream bar (Glen's Dairy Bar). Very helpful to have a kitchen to cook meals throughout our stay. Appreciated the space and cleanliness of the 2 bathrooms. Had more than enough towels for our family. Great having room darkening shades in the windows too. “This property was really cozy and inviting. The deck is amazing, and the hot tub was really appreciated as the weather was chilly and cloudy, so it added a little warmth. The owners have really thought of everything, and there were some nice extra touches (doggie bags, well stocked kitchen, very nice bedding/pillows, etc.). We would love to stay again, just hope for better weather next time!”
