“Pool was down, but the staff was wonderful.”

“The hotel room had someone's sock laying on the floor closet and the top of a deordorant container laying on the floor. The hot tub was closed off so we couldn't use that. It seems a fuse blew in the breakfast area so we were unable to eat and the person at the counter, although very apologetic, was unable to fix it. There was also a lot of noises (pinging and knocking) throughout the night. The kids enjoyed the pool but when it came time to rinse off back in the room, the bathtub was not……

“Our family likes to do a winter get-together and this lodge was perfect. Age ranges were from 79-8 months and it couldn’t have worked out better. Really a great place to stay with ample room for everyone’s different activities. ”

SO I HAD BROUGHT MY DOGS WITH ME.THE NEXT MORNING THE STAFF/OWNER EXSPLAIN VERY VERY POLITLEY THAT THEY ONLY ALOOWED SERVICE ANIMALS AND ALLOWED ME AN ACTQUITE AMOUNT OF TIME TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TIO FINN SOMEONE ZAND SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR MY DOGS TO GO DURING MY STAY. THEY DINT……

“I had to ask to be moved. My initial room was the size of a college dorm closet and they tried to pass-off a full size bed as a queen. The next room was much better but furniture placement seemed amateurish. I normally stay at hamton inns and have rarely encountered such oddities ”

“I really liked the quietness. Wish there was an elevator because I had a lot to carry up the stairs. The room I booked was clean and spacious! I’d definitely book it, if I traveled there again!”
