“As advertised. Great for solo or couple looking for a close-in location extremely convenient to the mountain gondolas. Maybe a 10-min walk or so. I did it with ski boots. Park on site. ”

The location could not have been better, allowing us to walk to downtown restaurants and bars, the rodeo, the farmers’ market and an art in the park event. The condo was very clean and well-furnished, and had all the amenities we would expect. ”

“The 1 BR condo unit was adequate for our 3 night stay. There was plenty of drawer space for our luggage items. We were able to cook meals for ourselves. The kitchen was a bit tight to work in. The glassware was a bit limited requiring daily dishwasher runs. It could use a few more amenities like measuring cups and spoons for cooking.The place could use some updating but it worked.”

“Lost a star because the fireplace didn’t work for our entire stay. Admittedly, they tried to fix it, but couldn’t. Was very communicative with the manager, but it was just a bummer to not have a fireplace working during these cold ski weekends (it’s like the best part after a long day skiing!). ”

“A perfect location a mile from main street steamboat. Kitchen was great for "condo cooking" which means it had the necessary pots, pans, knives, olive oil, and salt necessary to make simple meals. Although the days were warm, it was easy to keep the place cool by opening the windows at night and using the provided fans to bring in the 50F outside air. Then, we just shut all the windows in the morning and the place stayed cool all day. The only thing I might add to the place is a teapot (or……
