“We loved everything about our extended stay at Karl and Lisa's place. The location right on the river was heaven, access to the Yampa Core Trail less than 30 seconds away, 8 minute bike ride to downtown to experience the local restaurants and music scene was outstanding, and so much more! The condo was clean, modern, included all the amenities we needed, and had a great hot tub & patio. It was perfect for our small family. The owners were extremely generous and super courteous. “The fridge was broken and wasted all of our food. Call Maintenance and they brought a new fridge but our food was gone. $200 down the drain. ”

“This property checked all of our boxes and was a wonderful set up for our family of five! Rooms & 2 bathrooms are downstairs near the laundry closet and ground level front door/private parking garage, which made it so easy to peel off our ski clothes and get them into the wash at the end of a long day of skiing, followed by a hot shower, then head upstairs for dinner in the well-stocked kitchen and some time relaxing on the sectional sofa in the living room. “Very happy with our 8 night December stay as the condo had plenty of room for 4 adults with a less than 5 minute drive to the slopes and 10 minutes to town. The only wish is for bedroom TVs”

“Stayed 5 nights March 2025. Easy 5 minute walk to the slopes and Steamboat buses. Condo is perfectly appointed with everything we could need. Plenty of space for our family of 3. Hot tub is close, fireplace was nice for a few evenings, kitchen had everything to cook for nights you don’t go out. Was clean when we checked in and had plenty of towels, including extra beach towels for the hot tub or if visiting the hot springs. We would absolutely stay here again.”

“Gorgeous property, very tastefully decorated. The space is not large, but was very usable and had everything we could need. We loved the extra touches like coffee, bathrobe, information about things to do in steamboat. Our only complaint would be the pullout couch, the bed was very uncomfortable. But we loved this property!”

“This condo was very convenient, right next to a shuttle bus stop to the mountain and right next to the market. The apartment was very clean and just as pictured. The bed was very comfortable. And the service was excellent. We had a minor plumbing problem and the management team was very promptly responsive. All of that and relative to Steamboat prices, it was reasonably priced.”

“Not as clean as I would have liked, and definately run down and dated. Cooking pans were still oily/grimey. One hot tub was closed and open one was not close to the condo with no lit path. Maybe a good value with three rooms but I wont be back.”
