“ Welcome from Emma (and her mom) who were carrying out some gardening when we arrived was very warm and welcoming. We could not park on arrival due to a contractor being on site, blocking the entrance. The property was really clean and tidy, with everything you could wish for a short stay, even a welcome bottle of Prosecco! We did not realise that the ground floor and first floor flat directly opposite were long term lets. The upper floor resident on our first night had some sort of get together……

“What can i say, everything was perfect. Upon entering the building using the very clear instructions and getting our key, to entering the room. Room 2 Coniston. It was absolutely spotless, very spacious with a nice homely feel to it. Kitchen area was really good, all the appliances and accessories we needed. Very comfy & large bed. “We stayed here with our four 20-something children, their partners and our mothers to celebrate a few birthdays. The house is a great size for our group. Bedrooms very comfortable, bathrooms great and the kitchen a good space. The living room and dining room are also great sizes for large groups. If there was only one downside it would be that the house would benefit from a refreshen-up, but everything worked for us for our stay, and we would stay again!!”
