“We had a fantastic stay. The hotel could not have been more helpful or friendly - it was a really lovely experience. We had an upgrade to a lovely suite and really enjoyed staying in Tivat. “A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft. Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub. The lounge area is cold, and if you bring this to the waiter’s attention, you may receive an unprofessional and dismissive response, such as, “No, I am not cold.” The rooms are small but adequate and clean. “We enjoyed our stay, as the staff made it even more seamless for us. Always ready and willing to help with whatever we needed.
