“Great Bed and Breakfast! It was quiet and had a lovely historic home. The breakfast was filling and good. The small coffee center outside of the room for convenience anytime was a nice touch. It was a rainy weekend, so we didn't get to walk around the grounds, but there are over 2 acres and the house is set back from the road so it's nice and quiet. The owners were welcoming. Overall, it was a great place to stay for a weekend away.”

“Dawn's Cottage was perfect!! We were looking for a quiet beach neighborhood between Frederica and Rehobeth and it absolutely fit the bill. One road in and out and nestled between some marsh and the ocean, everything was clean and neat, the space was roomy and had all the amenities we needed, and communication was just about instantaneous. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for the same. ”

“Our long weekend in this beautiful home was absolutely amazing. My wife, adult children, grandkids and I had one of our best vacations ever. The house was spacious and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well supplied with appliances, cookware, utensils, plates, etc. In addition, we had plenty of beach paraphernalia including chairs, kayaks, toys, and wood for a bonfire. The ocean was literally in our back yard. My 4 year old grandson could not get enough of the beach where he……
