We were steps away from the adult pool and right next door to the building with check-in, the spa, and the breakfast area. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. We would definitely go back. However, for the price, I did not expect to experience two issues: (1) the wall unit A/C never really got the room very cool, and (2) a previous occupant's undergarments were left in the……

“This is a very reasonably priced hotel in a great location on the boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach. We considered it clean, a bit outdated, and it would be nice if they had a couple showers available closer to the beach. The cleaning crew was very friendly, but could definitely be more organized, as they didn’t seem to understand when to clean the room or give privacy; there were a couple times that they tried to enter early when we were sleeping.
