“The property was quite lovely, both inside and out. We stayed in a garden room, which was in the older building. We were steps away from the adult pool and right next door to the building with check-in, the spa, and the breakfast area. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. We would definitely go back. “This is a very reasonably priced hotel in a great location on the boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach. We considered it clean, a bit outdated, and it would be nice if they had a couple showers available closer to the beach. The cleaning crew was very friendly, but could definitely be more organized, as they didn’t seem to understand when to clean the room or give privacy; there were a couple times that they tried to enter early when we were sleeping.
