“I loved how the hotel was so clean and looks brand new. What I disliked was the staff, at least one of the ladies. I checked in on the 3rd of July about 3pm and the lady that attended me was so rude. I’m assuming it was the end of her shift, she spoke to me like I was a slow human being. I registered my name with my first and my fiancé last name. Not sure how that happened but she was very rude about it as if I was not giving her my correct information. “The hotel was perfect for our needs. The staff was incredibly friendly and very accommodating. We enjoyed the spacious room and found it to be very clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet in the evening and during the night. We enjoyed the indoor pool during a thunderstorm and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast in the morning. ”

“The property was quite lovely, both inside and out. We stayed in a garden room, which was in the older building. We were steps away from the adult pool and right next door to the building with check-in, the spa, and the breakfast area. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. We would definitely go back. “The Avenue Inn and Spa offers all the amenities that your family will need at a beach location. The hotel is also walking distance to the boardwalk and beach. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within several walking steps away. This is the second time our family stay here and we're looking forward to using this hotel for our next Rehoboth Beach visit.”

“This is a very reasonably priced hotel in a great location on the boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach. We considered it clean, a bit outdated, and it would be nice if they had a couple showers available closer to the beach. The cleaning crew was very friendly, but could definitely be more organized, as they didn’t seem to understand when to clean the room or give privacy; there were a couple times that they tried to enter early when we were sleeping.
