“Great place close to ocean”

“Nice place, however starting to show its age. The keyless entry system could use some work. Codes initially provided did not work, causing hassles and delays.”

“Tommy und Jennifer haben eine wundervolle Oase geschaffen, in der man ausgezeichnet relaxen kann. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen, um uns von unserer 4-wöchigen Südstaatenreise zu erholen. Der schöne Strand ist nur ca. 25 Minuten entfernt. Danke auch an Tommy für die guten Ausflugs- und Speisetipps! Gäste sollten gelenkig sein, um das Bett über die Leiter zu erklimmen ;-) Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.”

“My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and comfortable. A little out dated on a few items, but nothing to complain about. The TV's had netflix on them, so the kids could watch before bed. The walk to the beach was short, just across the road maybe a 3-4 minute walk. Even with it being the 4th of July week, the beach was not over crowded. The only complaint we had is the elevator was broken. They had to order the part, so it was out our entire stay. It was not fun carrying all……

“This was our third stay. Marina staff is always very helpful. Launch ramp is about a mile away if you bring your boat. We fished for three days and the best fishing was off the front porch of the houseboat!Downtown Pensacola is a short walk with many restaurant options. This is a great place to enjoy the water and local life.Highly recommended!”

“We had a wonderful stay with four adults. The view was beautiful, and the unit was comfortable and well furnished. We had one small issue upon arrival, and the owner was quick to respond. The master bed was a little firm for us personally, but still a great bed. The view from the lanai was incredible, and the complimentary chairs and umbrella such a treat! Would stay here again ”

“John met me at the door. Very cordial and went the entire area where I would be staying. Explained what closets held different items. I really enjoyed my time and would book it again. Very close to the beach easy access to all kinds of entertainment and restaurants.”

“Our family enjoyed our stay there. The only down side is going up 2 flights of stairs because my wife was in a walking boot. The owners are great and answered me very quickly.”
