“We love staying in East Hill because of its’ proximity to downtown and the beach access. Finding a dog friendly unit with direct access to a park for walks and “business” was a real plus. We enjoyed our stay and will def. come again!”

The entire booking and access process was simple and the management team were great communicators.This will be favorited as one of my go to spots here in Pensacola. “Honestly thought this property was perfect for a quick stay with a friend! The kitchen is small but equipped with what you need!The couch was comfy and TVs were big so made a rainy day in FL cozy!I also really thought the bed was comfy as well, which I feel is my biggest complaint at other places so this was a nice change! My only real complaint was the bathroom. The toilet is very tall so was uncomfortable to use if you’re not 5’10 lol. The shower was very slick with no grab bars or any sort of……

“My husband and I had a very nice stay at your house while exploring Pensacola. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C cooled the rooms down fast. Loved the little touches like snacks put out for guests,thank you. One recommendation is maybe a handrail and an additional step for the back entry as it’s very hard for elderly people like us to get up and down. Thank you again for a relaxing stay.”

“This is a great place to stay for two people. Although, the furniture was outdated, everything else was perfect. Its a wonderful getaway if you like to enjoy the beach. Beautiful doesn't define the area. ”

“I was so happy with this condo, it was perfect in every way and couldn’t have been better in the few days I spent there. It was clean, which is very important to me, it was in a perfect location, the gulf in front, ocean behind. The condo itself had everything you could imagine for cooking meals and plenty of room for seating. Just adorable!I’m definitely going back for a longer stay next summer.”

“Over all the place was nice and cozy. The water pressure was very weak but ok. TV was very limited channels to watch unless you have a Roku account. Maybe I could have reached out to owner and got a pass but I didn't. Also the dinning room ac would start about 30sec and then would cut off for awhile but never reached out about that either because it wasn't to bad in the place. The bedroom ac worked great. Cute quite little place. Enjoyed our stay. ”
