“Great place!”

“My husband and I had a very nice stay at your house while exploring Pensacola. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C cooled the rooms down fast. Loved the little touches like snacks put out for guests,thank you. One recommendation is maybe a handrail and an additional step for the back entry as it’s very hard for elderly people like us to get up and down. Thank you again for a relaxing stay.”

“The unit was pristine. It is pet friendly, but if a dog has stayed, there was no evidence; no smell nor scratches. I did hear a dog from another unit barking the first night at 11:00, but not after that. Parking was easy. It was a good home away from home.”

“This property is close to multiple restaurants and bars. It's a second story loft with a balcony that overlooks a main street. The night life runs till late at night. This property has amazing space, lots of room (and beds) for a large family gathering.”

The entire booking and access process was simple and the management team were great communicators.This will be favorited as one of my go to spots here in Pensacola. “Very nice for a couple to stay. Location to all restaurants downtown was great. Short ride to the beach. Highly recommend this place when staying downtown Pensacola. ”

“We love staying in East Hill because of its’ proximity to downtown and the beach access. Finding a dog friendly unit with direct access to a park for walks and “business” was a real plus. We enjoyed our stay and will def. come again!”

“Joan was accommodating and super sweet and down to earth. The loft was comfortable, I’m old so it was harder to climb the ladder lol. But it was nice and even able to get my daughter in a wheelchair in. Will stay again!”

“The place was clean enough when we walked in, but quickly noticed that there was only cold water running in the bathroom. It was hot a sticky in the bedrooms because there is no air conditioning. They only have one wall unit in the TV room with no AC units in the bedrooms. So after not getting to take a shower after a long day of travel, I sweated all night then didn’t get to take a shower before leaving.”
