“We stayed for a few days over the 4th weekend. The location is great if you are looking for downtown. A quick walk to everything and gated parking was perfect for the busy area during the 4th. The accommodations were just as described and actually even nicer than the pictures. The building is very cool with old brick walls and balcony for sitting out. I would certainly book this again if I find myself in Pensacola again. The host was also very responsive to the few questions I had asked. Thanks……

“My husband and I needed a spot to stay that was local during our house shopping adventure. This spot was in a perfect location to food, shopping and the beach. The place was perfectly nestled in the backyard and felt very private away from the beautiful main house. The pool was clean and relaxing and the patio was elegantly set up with lights and bushes. When we go back, we’re staying here again! Thanks for the lovely stay! ”

“My husband and I had a very nice stay at your house while exploring Pensacola. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C cooled the rooms down fast. Loved the little touches like snacks put out for guests,thank you. One recommendation is maybe a handrail and an additional step for the back entry as it’s very hard for elderly people like us to get up and down. Thank you again for a relaxing stay.”

“This property is close to multiple restaurants and bars. It's a second story loft with a balcony that overlooks a main street. The night life runs till late at night. This property has amazing space, lots of room (and beds) for a large family gathering.”

“My stay at this property was fantastic. The host, Cindy, was extremely helpful. She was a great resource for events going on in the area. I also had a very early morning flight and she was able to grant me an early arrival (granted that the room was ready). The location was a short 15 minute walk downtown (aout a little shy of a mile), I did not cook there but there is a microwave, stove, all the dishes, pots and pans and a gas grill out back. “Ive been to Pensacola about a million times, but never stayed in East Hill. This location is perfect for a getaway especially if you are bringing your dog. Theres a Publix a half mile away and a dog park with a beach about a mile away up 16th. The neighborhoods are beautiful, downtown is a 4 minute drive. Pensacola Beach is only about a ten minute drive from here, and the traffic was never bad. I will stay here again if I get the opportunity. The home was well stocked with everything i needed,……

“The place was clean enough when we walked in, but quickly noticed that there was only cold water running in the bathroom. It was hot a sticky in the bedrooms because there is no air conditioning. They only have one wall unit in the TV room with no AC units in the bedrooms. So after not getting to take a shower after a long day of travel, I sweated all night then didn’t get to take a shower before leaving.”
