“Humble and clean studio in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Short drive to downtown and just a little further to the gulf. The host is welcoming and communicative. Check in and out was the easiest experience I’ve had with a vacation rental. There is a back porch we did not get to use but looked very peaceful. NOTE: the shower is very small and would not accomodate someone with physical disabilities or who is weight restricted. Overall it provided a perfect home base for us while traveling about……

There were cute kitties across the street and the location was rather convenient as we wanted to be downtown, close to NAS Pensacola and the beach. We did ask about an early check in and were told we would be allowed in asap. We did not get in until after 4.
