“The place was big enough for all who went and it was clean! The owner communicated fast!”

“Quaint property with nice pool. A/C struggle d to keep up with the July heat but it never got uncomfortable inside. Pet friendly and was able to keep my dog contained in the yard but it took additional measures to keep one gate from staying open. Gate could use some repair. Ran dishwasher on the last day but it wasn't draining so dishes didnt get clean. Would rent again.”

“Everything was as described. Host responded quickly to our questions. The pier was magical. The air conditioning was great, which is not always a given in a rental in July in Florida! The grounds and house could use some TLC, but it didn’t negatively impact our stay much. Bring a headlamp, there is not much light outside! There are motion sensor lights but they only stay on for a few seconds. There are also solar powered lights out back as the pictures show which help, but are more for ambiance.……

“From the beginning stages of planning to our last day, Donna made our stay in Pensacola beyond wonderful. She was thoughtful, prompt to respond, and went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We took advantage of biking through the neighborhood, exploring downtown Pensacola, and of course enjoying the beautiful private beach. “We had a fantastic visit to Pensacola, and this home was perfect for us. It was so roomy, cute, and comfortable, plus the host was a delight. She is super accessible if you have questions and wants her guests to be happy. My family loved the pool - it's great for kids and lounging after a busy day. “Humble and clean studio in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Short drive to downtown and just a little further to the gulf. The host is welcoming and communicative. Check in and out was the easiest experience I’ve had with a vacation rental. There is a back porch we did not get to use but looked very peaceful. NOTE: the shower is very small and would not accomodate someone with physical disabilities or who is weight restricted. Overall it provided a perfect home base for us while traveling about……

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and roomy enough for our family of 7. We only cooked once during our stay, but the kitchen had everything we needed as far as pots, pan, and baking tray. The beds were all very comfortable, and the house is beautifully decorated. The hosts were wonderful. 10 out of 10 would recommend. ”
