“Check in was easy and I was happy with the cleanliness of the apartment. Host was responsive and accommodating after concern over how hard the bed was. On the last night we stayed there was a water leak from the water heater. I heard dripping, opened the closet and found water all over and visible mold on the wall. There was water coming up from the floorboards in front of the closet and down the hall. Host denied any leak and provided no compensation for safety concerns. ”
