“The unit was very clean and comfortable. It is safe, within walking distance to downtown restaurants and the ballpark, and very private. There is a popular restaurant which is not part of the marina, but right there. The fishing is great right off the front porch! The manager is very accommodating and responsive to any request. This is a very special spot. You won’t regret staying in Doc Holiday. ”

“Humble and clean studio in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Short drive to downtown and just a little further to the gulf. The host is welcoming and communicative. Check in and out was the easiest experience I’ve had with a vacation rental. There is a back porch we did not get to use but looked very peaceful. NOTE: the shower is very small and would not accomodate someone with physical disabilities or who is weight restricted. Overall it provided a perfect home base for us while traveling about……

“We loved this cute little home! There is another house on the property, but they are not connected whatsoever- we didn’t even see the other guests. This place was perfect for the 2 of us, it would be a little tight with 4 people but you could make it work. The hosts were great and the place had everything we needed! It is incredibly centrally located if you are planning on going to the beach frequently (10 minutes and right next to the bridge) or visiting downtown (3 minutes). Can’t recommend……

“It was great. Very clean and comfortable. Thank you! Only thing to note for other renters is that it's reflected as a 4 bedroom but the 4th bedroom was in a detached renovated shed with no bathroom. It was super cute and ok for us since we had mostly adults but something to consider if you're with a group that either needs access to a bathroom at night or has little kids that can't stay in a separate unit. ”

“The cottage was very very clean! The house does lean as all the other reviewers mentioned but that’s not really a big deal because all the other aspects of the house are so nice! The bathrooms are great, updated. The refrigerator works well and the beds and pillows were really comfortable. My daughter lives on Coyle and was having a navy ceremony on Friday so this was literally a stones throw away from her house. Perfect location! ”

“Sistemazione molto carina, pulita ed in ottima posizione (pochi minuti d'auto dal centro e 20 min. dalle spiagge).Le foto dall'annuncio sono assolutamente rappresentative e la casa è bella e molto curata.Anche la veranda è comoda ed attrezzata con un ventilatore per le giornate più calde.Unica pecca: il condizionatore di casa molto rumoroso, ma ci si fa l'abitudine.Ottimo soggiorno.Roberto”

“Everything was easy Yeli was attentive responding quickly and with help. Plenty of room for my family nicely decorated. We liked the location central to many beaches and local attractions going to dolphin tour and naval museum the beaches in Pensacola Destin and Gulf Shores all within about 1 hour. Walmart and other necessities close we got groceries amd cooked a few nights for dinner. Nice and easy we had a great trip. ”
