“We are very satisfied with our stay. It was worth the second stay at this property! Everything was clean, view as so relaxing, and overall a quiet place. We did not have to worry about the hustle and noise of other tourists. Very laid back. We enjoyed the bayside beach area behind the condo when the gulf side was choppy. The snack basket was a nice touch and communication was easy with the property owner. ”

“Very easy check in and check out process. It was just my Husband and I and it was enough space for us. You could certainly have more people just know it will be tight, but it’s clean and in a great location. We brought ‘zero gravity’ chairs and sat in them on the balcony. The Jack & Jill bathroom was a great layout. The bunks (we didn’t use) had drawers underneath and cute lights for each bunk. There’s a longer mirror in the hallway. Which was nice. One thing my husband LOVED was the parking……

“We enjoyed the location, the amenities, and the communication with the host was very easy and simple. The balcony needed to be swept a little better and we were there during “spring break” week which left teenagers around us unattended by adults and getting into things they shouldn’t, but the neither host nor location can be faulted for that. My suggestion would be not to come during spring break :). We loved our stay! ”

“A nice condo with an amazing view, good value! It had almost everything we needed. For future guests, bring an extra blanket/throw, and salt and pepper. There were seasonings in the very nice kitchen. Comfortable bed! Quality TVs. Very nice bathrooms and shower. Would stay here again! ”

“The Gulf view was beautiful. We watched the sunset from the beach several nights. The condo was very clean. It looked just like the pictures. We ate at Peg Leg Pete’s a few times. So convenient to just walk across the street for dinner. ”

“We had an excellent stay! There was excellent communication with the host. The pools were heated, grounds were kept very clean. The floor to ceiling views of the beach made it hard to complain about anything. We stayed in all week and cooked meals most days. We used the grill, which was a great plus. Location of the condo was great, close to the beach and the recreation center, where more pools, activities, and gym are located. We would definitely stay here again!”
