“I booked this condo for my husband's 40th birthday beach vacation! The property was just as decribed, even more breathtaking in person! Equipped with everything we could have needed and or wanted! We have found our new home away from home and will definitely be booking again! Hillary was amazing to work with, very prompt in her responses to anything we needed. There was a little mishap during the check in process, but she took care of it within a matter of minutes! Looking forward to our return!”

“This reservation got off to a rocky start. My family has been staying at Portifino for years and the property and staff have always been great. Communication with the property owner was very bad and his responses were curt and not helpful. My sister and her partner had a good time since we couldnt make it, but the room needed a very deep clean when she got there. Overall I would not book with this owner again. Also the beach was pretty dirty and it looked like someone had a party and didnt……

“overall, condo was clean. there was a musty smell in it, though, that was a bit nauseating. Also, the towels were very rough and irritating and had a bad smell also. I think the towels and linens could use upgrading for the price you pay to rent it. The view was fabulous except the two towers in front of it blocked part of the ocean view. We would certainly come back again, but would probably try to rent one of the front towers instead.”

“Our stay was amazing on the Portofino Resort! The condominium was overall clean and very comfortable. We loved the beach, pool and dolphin excursion! A major disappointment was this condominium was listed as beach side but it was bayside. The ease of getting to all the amenities of Pensacola beach was fabulous! We will be back!”

“Expensive for what the place offers. WiFi doesn’t exist on this particular unit, we have to use public WiFi, when I called the front desk, I was advised to reach out to either Expedia or hosteeva since they’re the once I booked with, what a disappointment. Positive feedback, it’s complete with kitchen utensils, pots & pans, clean unit. ”

“This is a beautiful condo, with everything you could need for a short vacation.The bunk bed is a little awkward, and dangerous for little kids, as there are no rails up there, except for one side, and it’s short. Other than that, everything was perfect. ”

“This was perfect for us! It was like a home away from home. It had a great view, less than a minute from the main shopping/food area. I really expected to hear noise from the level above us but there was not a sound. It was a very calm atmosphere, a perfect family get away!”
