“After driving for 11 hours, when we arrived at this hotel (Townplace Suites Pensacola West I-10) in Pensacola, FL in the late evening hours, check-in was a breeze. This particular hotel welcomed pets. We appreciate hotel's that have a pet policy as there are times when our small Frenchie has to travel with us. The room and bathroom were super clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and professional.”

“This Best Western was clean, the staff was so friendly welcoming and professional. I will now look for Best Western in any stays I visit looking for the same type of stay I experienced here in Pensacola. Every morning they provided a Delicious hot breakfast with many choices to choose from. The waffles are hands down my favorite. ”

“This was the best beachfront hotel stay on Pensacola beach. The facility has large fitness club, lobby bar, restaurant with beach view, lazy river, spa and pool. Rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable and views are amazing. Breakfast was excellent! This hotel is new. I am dreaming about coming back! ”
