“ check in was very easy, the women who checked us in was especially friendly, i believe her name was Kim. The room was clean and comfortable, we had a queen suite. Both beds were very comfortable. The couch in the sitting area could be updated, but was comfortable for seating. The breakfast offered was a variety, something for everyone. We would definitely stay again. “All of the front desk, clerks and cleaning staff were very friendly& helpful if we needed anything. AC in room rusted/not working properly. HOT. Took hours to cool down. *continental breakfast the first night of my day consisted of little packs of three donuts or a stack of saltine crackers or something and the carafe of coffee. I did not try the “continental breakfast” again due to the lack of it on that first day. The room has been refurbished several times and the tile job sucks but……

“This is NOT A WYNDHAM PROPERTY!!! This place is Regency. If you book this place under the Wyndham name you will not have a reservation. Took 2 hours to check in got a great room. Left for dinner when we came back to our room someone else was in there. They found us another room but it wasn't as good as the first one. Smelled bad,and wasn't clean. We'd had already paid, luckily we hadn't left any of stuff in there. The owner is great but the help is horrible. ”

“The room was clean, bed was nice, pillows soft but the bathroom was NOT cleaned. I cleaned it myself as I was told there was no other rooms available at that time. The paddleboards and kayaks are in great conditions. Only can use from 9-5pm with 4pm the last time slot to take it out. The staff are friendly mostly.
