“It is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I will never book again in that disgusting hotel. Bad smell. Bad service at the front desk. And the power went out in the room. I had no electrical service and the only answer was "there is no room" it is really annoying to look for another room at night and also call customer service and it took more than 45 minutes and no response. The truth is that it was a bad day.”
