“Our condo was just as described. Beautifully decorated and very clean. The third floor was the perfect height to be able to see the entire view of the ocean. I would just like to add it was fairly expensive and for what we paid they did not offer complimentary chairs and umbrellas as did the condos directly on either side of us did. We were not aware of this until our reservations were complete. Luckily we called and found out they did not offer them, we were able to bring our own, verses……

“Photos are accurate. Its a nice little place Two things immediately struck us one the elevator is slow with zero ventilation. We ended up taking the stairs because the elevator felt unsafe. The second was who ever cleans probably needs to be taught to clean or needs to be replaced. The unit smelt like stagnant fish. Specifically the bathroom. We did a quick clean and kept the bathroom fan running during our stay to make the smell tolerable. Over all it was a nice place”

The property had multiple pools to choose from which was great for eliminating overcrowding at one pool or the other. The lazy river was a great added perk. Our room location was a little bit of a walk to the beach but nothing too great for us. My wife thought the room could have been cleaner but it wasn't terrible. “Everything was great being right on the beach. The only thing was is we arrived 15 minutes early due to driving in is hard to time. We couldn’t get in until 4pm is what the text stated so we had to wait to get in. Other VRBOs don’t mind if you are a little early. That’s the only complaint I had.”
