“The house was really nice and exactly as pictured. ”

“Lionel was a great host. The house was nice and roomy and had some really neat features. Lots of double occupancy rooms to get to the amount of people we needed to sleep. Theatre was an awesome touch. Needs a little updating and some cleaning around the pool area but we were there at the end of the winter so I imagine he will have it ready to roll come spring and summer. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again tomorrow!! ”

“The high is spacious with plenty of room for eight family members. It was clean. There was a malfunction with the keypad to enter the property. The manager corrected that quickly.There were no large serving bowls for the kitchen. No coffee pot. No paper towels for the kitchen. The kitchen and food preparation items were sparse. Overall it served our purposes reasonably well. If the occasion were to arise we would stay here again.”

“You can tell a lot of effort goes into making the place comfortable. Little details like the decor, conveniently placed hooks, the appearance of plants and the organization of dishes in order to make it homely. Cleanliness left a little to be desired since I felt the house needed a good dusting and either previous guest or owner was a smoker so there was a fair amount of fragrance trying to mask that fact. (There is no smoking in the house but the smell permeated) There is a dedicated butt can……

“Nice property. Plenty of room for a small family- it was me and my two teens who had their own rooms and shared the hallway bathroom. Easy check-in and out with responsive hosts.Location of house is close to a lot of things if you have a vehicle or call a car service.”

“The neighbors next door had a yelling fight outside at 4 am. We were fine and not afraid for our safety . The house was very clean and communication was great with owner. ”

“The apartment was advertised accurately. We had plenty of kitchen and bathroom supplies. The apartment was clean. The neighborhood was quiet. Check in process was extremely easy! Parking was great, we had our own driveway to park in. I would definitely stay again. ”
