“Check-in process was excellent. Tori is wonderful. Communication was great. ”

“Loved the large screened porch and private yard! Inside the cabin was clean and comfortable. It is the only place on the last hundred yards or so of a dead end road. A short walk from the Mississippi River and a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk to a beautiful State Park with great hiking. If you are a light sleeper the trains might be an issue but we thought it was cool to have those distant train whistles.”

“We had the pleasure of getting a little snow during our stay which was awesome.But the roads from the cabin were sloppy with the melt the following day and we had trouble getting out to go for a grocery run. Kirsty and Kyle were very helpful and were kind enough to bring us some coffee and flour. Really great folks and a very beautiful and private location. Great space to reset from reality. Highly recommend.”

“This is a wonderful, lovely getaway, particularly for couples. The open concept space of the cabin along with the large windows and glass doors made it a very idyllic and scenic spot in the canopy. The trees and birds in the area are gorgeous, a nice spot to enjoy the unique ecosystem of the Driftless Region.The people who checked us in were friendly and welcoming. “Beautiful, peaceful, interesting, and lovely location and property. Lots of birds and deer. Nice trails. Cabin was quiet, quaint, and private. Visitor Center staff were kind, engaged, and knowledable. Neat displays and information. Enjoyed learning about Norwegian heritage and history. Property manager provided great communication. Signage to property was also helpful. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely visit again.”

“Great vacation house. Lots of room inside & a large deck that leads to the river. Communication with the manager was great & she always had a prompt response. Would definitely book again. ”
