There are a lot of stairs from the home to the dock so be prepared if you are using the dock. Also needed to place a baby gate at the bottom of the stairs to prevent my little one from going up. Hood vent all need scrubbed of debris and grease. Walls in general need wiped down. Some deep clean in master shower for mildew and mold. Nothing too egregious. But at this price point itNeeds more than change of sheets and a wipe down of kitchen and bath. ”
