“This is a beautiful apartment very close to the train station and historic district. The windows are well insulated for a quiet sleep and the bed is very comfortable. Our unit was on the third floor though, so folks with mobility issues should look elsewhere.”

“The staff warmly welcomed us upon arrival, it was a nice first expression of Braga, a really lovely place. When checking in, the staff would provide the breakfast menu for the next morning for reservation and we loved everything we ordering, the bread, the yogurt, meat and cheese selection, we even ordered more and the staff would check the availability and offer the food you like to have more. All the staff we approached speak good English, offering excellent service and help us a lot during……

“Front desk not there (often) and not really nice. I have been waiting 15 min for the check in because no one was there. The card was not correct so I get back and still not there”

“It was very bad weather in Braga and they let me have my room early as I was wet through and my room was ready. This was good. At night I asked if I had already paid for breakfast and they said I hadn't. I asked what the cost was. They did not ask me to reserve or pay, and they said next morning that I couldn't have breakfast because I hadn't reserved it the previous evening. Eventually, and because I could speak Portuguese, they allowed me to have their breakfast. Payment €3.50”

“Muchas cosas , la habitación era correcta y estaba limpia, pero el aspecto del edificio y la escalera era muy mejorable , estando todo en condiciones de abandono mas que evidente sin contar que nos entro dos veces una chinche en la habitación, sugeriría unas mosquiteras en las ventanas ”

“Habitación en un 4to piso SIN ASCENSOR, el edificio parece abandonado, no tiene cerradura la puerta de la calle . La habitación parecía que estaba por ser demolida , aparentaba un motel de 1970 , todo viejo , abandonado , sucio y en mal estado . NO TIENE AIRE ACONDICIONADO, Al querer abrir la ventana , estaba rota la manija , en una habitación de 15 m2 sin ventana y en verano , un calor agobiante . No pasaría una noche ahí devuelta ni aunque me pagaran por hacerlo . ”
