“This place was amazing true vacation just bring your clothes and got play in the sand! “It doesn’t get better then this”. Traveling with my husband two children and my mother in law and our Memaw. We was steps away from the beach and this is an enormous beach with plenty sand area a park volleyball and a basketball. The beds are comfortable and squeak free the only thing is that we wished we had more time thank you for making check in and check out so easy! ”

“Mark’s Carpinteria condo was exactly what we needed. A clean, quiet and comfortable home base while we visited Carpinteria and explored the area. Close to Ventura, Santa Barbara, and under an hour from endless hiking trails with amazing views and gorgeous beaches. The bed was incredibly comfortable (and we’re both quite picky). Mark was responsive and available, should we have needed anything, and there’s a wonderful beach and walking path under two blocks away. We plan to stay here again……
