“The house was set back on the property which wasn’t what we thought but it is a 13 minute walk to the most beautiful beach. It is a 5 minute drive to the Channel Island Harbor and a 10 minute drive to Ventura Harbor Village. So much to do around the location. House was beautiful inside and accommodated our family. Fire pit wasn’t hooked up but we enjoyed the views from the top and the lights around it made it comfortable. Would recommend for sure!”

“The condo is in an ideal location. Having a parking space in a gated lot was fabulous. The king bed was comfortable. The twin was not comfortable. Things it needs, in my opinion: beach towels, pool towels, shampoo, conditioner, a shower rug, dishwasher detergent. The property manager was very nice and responded in a timely manner. The check in process could be improved with instructions to park first, get the gate opener from your condo and then park in the gated area. Check out required……
