“breakfast is very limited. No sound insulation. can hear human talking very clear from street, corridor, etc. cannot sleep well. ”

“The room we got did not meet our expectation from the photos presented for the specific room type we booked. It has a weird layout, and bad smell came out from the ventilation whenever we flush the toilet. On the pro side, the water in shower is hot and sufficient, rooms are clean, and the staffs are friendly and helpfu.”

“Communication was great before we arrived. Knowing that we would arrive when no one was there, they wanted to make sure that we would arrive safely. We drove, so definitely follow THEIR directions. Google and apple maps don't take you the correct way. You enter into a blocked area that only vehicles with the okay can pass through. They took our license plate number which is how we got through. it was super crowded and the streets were narrow, so drive carefully. Parking was tight, but it……

“Location is convenient, many shops and restaurants are nearby. The parking is a problem, and not easy to access the hotel by car. Although hotel provided the valet parking service, but we arrived on Friday evening, it’s very impossible to enter the crowded streets. And we have to park at a garage which was about 1km away from the hotel.”

“The location is perfect, just next to the catedral and close to restaurants. The room is lovely and clean. The only concern is that there's a bar downstairs, which opens until 2 am. You can hear people talk and laugh and shout clearly.”
