“When we arrived we were greeted by our host, shown our room which was large and had a king sized bed which was very comfortable, also with a sofa bed, patio doors onto a private balcony overlooking the mountains. There was no snow close by but we were assured it may snow anytime. A very enjoyable experience. Thank you”

“For a first time ski weekend this hotel couldn’t be better! Located just by the ski lifts, secure ski lockers were provided. The room was very cosy and warm, clean, well equipped, warm soft light and hot showers. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. On last day we were able to store our belongings in the locker and take shower in a separate space for departing guests. I can highly recommend to anyone who comes with intention of skiing and being close to the heart of Sierra……

“Nice hotel the location is perfect for skiing trip to Sierra Nevada. The new owner did some nice upgrades. Rooms are nice and been refurbished but there is a lot of not from hall and other rooms so earplugs are needed for a good night sleep. There are lots of couch areas in the hotel where you can chill with the family and play cards etc. The menu card in the restaurant was only in Spanish and some other instructions in the spa are was also only available in Spanish. Breakfast buffet was nice……

“浴室很大，但房間相對不大，放了加床幾乎沒地方放行李。馬桶那間大到不知道要做什麼。但乾濕形同不存在，洗澡後大淹水。有冰箱及mini bar。無熱水瓶，咖啡機。 熱水穩定。早餐豐富。餐廳好吃。”

“Pas de place pour se garer aux abords de l'hôtel donc parking souterrain obligatoire très cher et sans accès direct à l'hôtel. La décoration de la chambre est basique, les joints de la baignoire noirs, les prix du room service exorbitants au vu de ce que vous pouvez avoir dans la rue de l'hôtel. La piscine est en fait une piscine pour jeunes enfants : ronde d'un diamètre de 5m et une profondeur de 80cm, occupée par des enfants. Aucune place pour s' allonger à côté et plus loin, 3 chaises longues……
