“Property is quite unique in design and memorable. Although a bit off the beaten path it is quite close to town and other attractions. You hear and see wildlife (monkeys, coatis, birds) and there is a lot of room that allows private accommodations for 3 separate couples. I would suggest flashlights be provided (short power outage and at night the premises outside are quite dark). No cleaning during 3 days there, but not really an issue. Kitchen is well equipped and overall place is comfortable……

“Just rent this house now and don't look elsewhere! Amazing view from the property. We saw a toucan, monkeys, coatis, agoutis, and other birds right from the porch. Close to everything in town and attractions. We had great communication with Daniela the host, and she arranged great guided tours for us. A truly incredible propety.”

“This doom exceeded our expectations. It was a magical experience waking up to the sunrise and falling asleep each night in the clouds. We made morning and night use of the hot tub. Our last morning we sat out listening to the howler monkeys. Such an incredible place!”

“The property was absolutely amazing. The landscaping and flora was spectacular. The pool was perfect for the boys. Last but not least the view was unreal! My wife and I needed a break from reality and this place provided that. The locals in El Castillo were all so helpful and such a beautiful people. If we ever get back to Costa Rica we will definitely be visiting Serenity again. Plenty of space, beautiful home, and amenities for cooking. ”

“The place is perfectly located, beautiful mountains view with an incredible sunset watching point. It has a great proximity to Santa Elena, Monteverde and all attractions around. Communication with the host is very smooth. Yaloco Chalet is semi-glamping accomodation though (tent door in the main bedroom), it is a bit challenging to rest when you have a light sleep - quite noisy with wind and/ or rain. Other than that it was a nice 2-nights' stay.”
